Robbi Anne Strauss, LPC
I am a licensed therapist providing counseling for women and families in Colorado and Florida.
I’m Robbi Anne, a licensed therapist and a mom of three. I know firsthand how tender and overwhelming life can be. My work is rooted in walking alongside women who are carrying a lot: anxiety, grief, questions about identity & faith, or simply the weight of caring for everyone else while feeling a bit lost themselves.
In our work together, you’ll find a space that feels warm, honest, and supportive. I offer both practical tools and deeper emotional support, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that fits your life. I am often described as direct in the therapy room and I love to laugh with my clients as we work through challenges. For those who desire it, I also integrate Christian faith in a way that feels natural and hope-filled. You don’t have to have it all figured out; therapy can be a place to breathe, be real, and begin to feel steady again.

I offer individual therapy, both virtual and in-office, for women, couples, and families. My clients are often navigating pregnancy and postpartum, or would describe themselves as high-achieving but currently overwhelmed by life’s demands. My work focuses on emotional support, anxiety, identity shifts, grief, and overwhelm during these seasons. I also offer couples counseling when parenting stress or loss is impacting the relationship.

Most clients start with weekly sessions, especially during more intense seasons, and may move to bi-weekly as things stabilize. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with your needs and schedule.

I am a Christ-centered therapist, and for clients who desire it, I welcome faith as part of our work together. Many women find that pregnancy, loss, and early motherhood deeply intersect with their relationship with Jesus — bringing both comfort and questions. Our sessions can be a place to talk openly about prayer, theology, and where faith feels strong or stretched in this season.

I’m warm and supportive, but also direct and intentional. I don’t believe in dragging therapy out longer than it needs to be. I’m also in the thick of motherhood myself — raising babies and toddlers — so I understand this season not just clinically, but personally. My goal is to offer practical support, honest conversations, and meaningful change.
