For many people, faith is deeply woven into how they understand suffering, healing, purpose, and hope. In my practice, Christ-centered care means providing professional, evidence-based therapy that is thoughtfully informed by my Christian faith.

This approach recognizes that emotional health and spiritual life are often interconnected, and that both deserve to be approached with care, depth, and integrity. Therapy is a space where your whole self is welcome: emotional, psychological, relational, and spiritual.

Christ-Centered Care

What does Christ-Centered Care mean?

Christ-centered care is not about offering quick spiritual answers, minimizing emotional pain, or bypassing hard experiences with platitudes. Instead, it is about creating a grounded, honest space where faith and mental health can be explored together without pressure or assumption.

Faith is never forced or used as a measure of progress. Rather, it is invited into the therapeutic process in a way that honors both your autonomy and your beliefs.

In sessions, this may include:

  • Integrating faith, prayer, or Scripture when it is meaningful and supportive for you

  • Exploring how your faith has been a source of strength, struggle, or tension

  • Naming doubt, grief, anger, or confusion without judgment

  • Approaching healing with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your story
